SWAP by Maritz 6.2.1

SWAP is a sales lead retrieval application designed for smartphones. It is available for free download, requiring an Activation Code acquired at specific trade shows or events serviced by Maritz Global Events.

To experiment with SWAP, users can utilize the Activation Code 0000-0000-0000-0000 and Badge ID #1 to access the app's "Demo Mode." By selecting "Capture Leads," users can enter a Registrant ID (ranging from 1000 to 1010) and press "A" when prompted for the first letter of the lead's last name. Exhibitors can now conveniently capture leads anywhere throughout a trade show, be it during sessions, meetings, events, in transit, or dining both onsite and off-site. Features of SWAP include:

• Capture leads per salesperson and in total
• Access to leads for each salesperson on their smartphone
• DecisionPoint functionality for exhibitor management to gauge salesperson productivity
• Adding notes and answering qualifying questions within each lead
• Exporting lead lists in various formats
• Native app supporting offline mode, eliminating the need for continuous cellular connectivity
• DecisionPoint portal providing reports that consolidate SWAP and Optium reader lead data for show organizers and exhibitors

SWAP leverages Location Services and Bluetooth to enable booth traffic monitoring and product area tracking. Please note that this feature may notably impact battery life.
